Subject: Application for urgent leave
Sir,
I humbly state that I was preparing for college when I got informed of a terrible accident of my cousin. He was terribly hit by a truck and had his leg broken. Now he has been taken to Jawahar Laal Hospital. My father is out of the station for some business reasons. He has advised me to see my cousin in the hospital.
The doctors have advised to improvise some blood. I know some blood donors in the town. So, I must attend to my cousin in the hospital and arrange some blood. I am unable to attend the college for one or two days. Kindly grant me a leave for two days.
Yours obediently,
Akira Sharma
